The Goddard School, located in Marshallton(West Chester), Pa, a preschool/childcare center, is currently seeking a loving, fun, and energetic full-time infant teacher to join our team! As an infant teacher, you will be educating and caring for children from 6 weeks to 1 year. Experience working in an early childhood setting is helpful, but we are also happy to help a great candidate just entering this field.
Candidates will be selected based on their ability to engage children in a safe, nurturing and loving manner, as well as effectively communicate with co-teachers and families. Our teachers create engaging learning environments filled with opportunities to explore, discover, and create with their teachers right by their sides guiding their learning process! Responsibilities:
- Our teachers care and educate our children, while meeting the individual needs of each child.
- Our teachers creatively customize and implement weekly lesson plans and schedules.
- Our teachers interact with the children to support play, exploration, and learning.
- Our teachers communicate appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff.
- Compliance with current governmental regulations and company procedures and policies.
